Should we all wear black arm bands on Tuesday? It’s April 15th, tax day, our yearly reminder of how much the politicians and government bureaucrats control our economic livelihoods.
Have you filed your return yet? Did you do your taxes yourself? If so, how much time did you spend doing them? If not, how much money did you spend having them done? That’s all part of the tax hit, too. Time and money, money and time.
Just think, what would happen if all the politicians and bureaucrats went away? Our giant blue marble would still continue to orbit the sun, that’s what!! And our gray lunar rock would continue to orbit our marble! No fact-finding junkets or sub-committee hearings required! What a concept!
