Things have gone better the last week or so with Weight Watchers. I went away this past weekend to visit some old friends. I wasn’t very good about writing down my food intake, but I had saved up all my flex points for the weekend, so I think I came out in reasonably good shape. I’ll find out tomorrow – my weekly WW meeting and weigh-in is at 12 PM!
I went out for a very brief walk tonight. I’m still having a lot of back and leg pain, but it’s a little better than it was two weeks ago. Hopefully it will continue to improve. One day at a time, one day at a time.
My Phillies are doing very well so far this season, in spite of their lackluster starting pitching. They’re 11 games over .500, and they’re in first place by 4 games. Hopefully their pitching will hold up. Sally’s Yankees are also doing quite well, but those Red Sox are on a tear right now!

Thanks! I am feeling a little better. My weigh-in didn’t go quite as well as I hoped, but next week will be better!!
